You will be welcomed at Bandaranaike International Airport and then travel to Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage.
At the orphanage, you can see many elephants up close. It was started in 1975 with just seven baby elephants, and now it cares for more than 70. One of the best parts of the visit is watching the baby elephants being fed milk and seeing the whole group enjoy their daily bath in the river.
After that, you will continue to Kandalama and relax in the evening.
Later, you will have a special cave dinner experience. The setting is lit with torches and candles, with soft music played on a flute, creating a romantic atmosphere. You will cross a small bridge near a large banyan tree and enjoy a delicious meal, including grilled prawns, beef with sauce, and chocolate desserts.

From Kandalama, after breakfast, travel to Sigiriya Rock Fortress.
Climb the famous rock fortress, built in the 5th century by King Kashyapa. Also known as “Lion Rock,” it rises about 200 meters above the surrounding land. At the base, you can see beautiful gardens, water features, and ancient walls. As you go up, you will also visit the well-known Sigiriya frescoes, called the “Cloud Maidens,” which are reached by a spiral staircase.
